Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We currently offer exchanges only. Cash refunds are not available. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we provide a free replacement.

Q: Are your fabrics good quality?
A: Yes. We use premium cotton, linen, and satin silk fabrics. Every item is quality-checked before dispatch.
Q: Can I wash the pajama sets in a washing machine?
A: Yes, most of our cotton and linen sets are machine washable at 30°C. For satin silk items, we recommend gentle hand wash or a delicate cycle.
