Exchange Policy
At The Glam Vibe Pakistan, your satisfaction matters. We offer a 7-day exchange policy on all orders.
Exchange Window:
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation screenshot or email)
How to Request an Exchange:
1. WhatsApp us at 03162392033 or email support@glamvibepakistan.com
2. Share your order number and reason for exchange
3. We will confirm eligibility and guide you through the process
4. Ship the item back to us (we cover return shipping — no charges to you)
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 working days
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos
- We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you
Items NOT Eligible for Exchange:
- Accessories are not eligible for exchange
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
Important Notes:
- We currently offer exchanges only. Cash refunds are not available.
- The exchange will be processed for the same value as the original purchase price.
